Dance Courses

Dance Courses are not Refundable or Transferable to another person. Is possible to Upgrade your Individual ticket to a Couple Ticket (Please contact us 48 Hours before your Starting date). The ticket for dance courses cannot be Downgrade from Couple to Individual Ticket.

In case of physical accident circumstances you can be refunded up to 20% (Depend of the gravity of the injury) of your ticket value or you can pay our insurance fee of £25 (contact us to find out more) per course to be fully refunded due to accidents or important issues.

You can use the refund option in case of accident, it’s only if you did not attend 80% of the Dance Course.

Dance Course tickets expires after 45 days of your Purchase.

Premium Course

Premium Service it will be treated as an upgrade of Dance Courses to access to multiple classes of lower grades. The expire dates for the premium account expires at the end of the courses upgraded.

Premium upgrade cannot be refunded.

In case you are not using the Premium Account there is not refund or transfering of the service to another Dance Course.

Gift Cards & Private Lessons

The Forename on the Gift Card downloaded must be the Person or Couple that will be intent to claim it the credit to spend throughout our services.

After downloading the file of your choice as gift, you can contact us or wait 48 hours and we will keep in touch with you for forward info and details that we need for the booking schedule.

The Gift Cards can be claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Gift Cards are not refundable.

Gift Cards cannot be used for discounts products, you can only use it for claim products in full price.

Gift Cards cannot be used for Dance Courses (Group Classes in Studio).

Gift Cards can be use to claim the following products: Private Classes and Online Private Classes (for Individuals or Couples).
Gift Cards are NOT refundable or transferrable.

Please present ID with your first lesson.
Havana People are not liable for lost of stolen gift cards.

Students are required to bring a printed or digital copy of their gift card.

-Expiry Dates

Every Christmas Gift Cards Shop Credit ( Gift Cards bought between 15th of November and 25th of December 2022) from Havana People Website will expire after 60 Days from the day of the purchase.

Other Gift Card, Shop Credits or Private lessons purchases will expire after 90 days from the day of the purchase and are not refundable after this time.

Private lessons are possible to book a time slot up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Simply choose the package deals above and buy instantly, or contact us through email or phone and we can arrange your gift card (we are happy to discuss amount of lessons), and the gift certificate will be sent to you through email. Please ensure you read the terms below.
Don’t forget to include the name of the “giftee” when you are in the check out so we can address the card to them and add them to our student lists.
